Why the government is not curbing the cheating going on the venue of online shopping like Amazon online shopping and others?

Whether government is not failed to curb for online shopping like Amazon online shopping or Ebay online shopping to be hub for cheaters targeting innocent and gullible citizenry? These cheaters are in the form of shopkeepers bearing fake names like Maili , Jolly, Gromo, smith so and so on etc if some one seeks name of such shopkeepers then neither online shopping company nor these cheaters reveal the real truth to the seeker in the name of privacy. Names of giant of business world  like Amazon online shopping is en-cashed through these cheaters as these names lure the innocent citizens by disclosing the ideals but once cheated then innocent citizen is told as Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of a facilitator and we are not the seller/manufacturer, the products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. But it is unfortunate that you have paid your hard earned money to Amazon or others like players.

On investigation and information so received from the seller, we find that you have not returned the product actually delivered to you vide order ID171-6417667-8725150. Please reply my following queries. 1-How the returned item is not alike to your delivered item? 2-How the Amazon online can escape from the dispute when he charged the price from the consumer and purchase was made on the credibility of Amazon online shopping and at latter stage they fully non-cooperated in caucus with imposter shopkeeper? 3-Who is the master of the product as of now? Where is consumer rights if such cheating will be proliferated on large scale by the Amazon like foreign companies by colluding with few black sheep? 4-After charging Rs. 468, customer spent Rs.102 as return postage, what he has got in exchange? Whether it is not arbitrariness on the part of Amazon online shopping? 5-Can you explain, how the Amazon online shopping not looting the innocent and gullible citizenry by selling such fake defective and incredible items through impostors? 6-Whether any terms and conditions may be setup by company which may encroach the consumer rights of the citizenry? 7-How Amazon online shopping can pay the amount to the impostor shopkeeper when as received item was found dysfunctional quite obvious from the immediate refund order? 8-Now Amazon will again sell the returned item and in similar arbitrary manner through imposter and earn the huge money by cheating citizens of this country. Why Amazon is not revealing the real name and other details of impostor seller? Please tell me name of manufacturer detail and his business establishments of impostors item which is generally available in order to promote the products?

The applicant is Preeti Singh, E-mail, preetisinghgaharwar@gmail.comand Mobile number, 9336252631. Cause of grievance – Defective unresponsive item was delivered by the Amazon online shopping and refund request has been accepted when the item will reach to the destination but it reached on 29/12/2018 but it seems that they have an insensitive network. It seems that concerned seller didn’t inform you in regard to item received by his staff. Ipso facto obvious that item was delivered on 29/12/2018 at 3:40 PM. Please initiate the process of refund as promised by during the return order made by the aggrieved lady which means applicant.  3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that even a police superintendent was cheated by an online company as he bought a branded spectacles but agent of the online shopping company delivered a third grade outdated item as usual but tough stand of subordinates provided immediate justice to the officer but think about those who have no subordinates like officer.
                      
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

If it is so why will you pay the money paid by the purchaser to you to seller. As objection was made applicant immediately as received by the applicant. Why are you paying the money to seller as security of money is your obligatory duty.

When the refund order was made as the product was received by the buyer which means product was defective and seller sold the product without checking it now this question arises that whether the fault of sailor can be imposed on the buyer? How much surprising that sailor itself sold the defective item to the buyer and when the buyer returned back the defective article now seller claiming falsely that returned item is not as the item sold. It is most surprising that venue of the the Amazon online shopping is full of cheaters.
