Subject –Whether government provides salary to
staffs of B.S.N.L. Mirzapur to procrastinate on the grievances of customers
/consumers and overlook their genuine requests. What is the cause of cause of
procrastination in regard to assurance made by assistant general manager,
office GMTD Mirzapur through its communication dated-02/Jun-2017? Most
revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with
due respect to following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the
Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly it is bitter truth that public sector company
B.S.N.L. remained failed in this era of globalization but our public
functionaries are habitual not to accept the straight truth and glorify its
failures like accomplishment but should remember the phrase- truth is after
all truth. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is
justified that following grievance has been redressed by the concerned staffs
with assurance to refund back the security deposits through its communication
dated-02/Jun-2017 but remained failed in regard to assurance even after one
and half month. Grievance detail is as follows. Aforementioned communication

lawlessness, chaos and anarchy? Because of such corrupt practices, common
citizenry runs away from the services provided by public sector undertaking.
Here this question arises that why do our public sectors fail in the
competition taking place in the fields and then our public functionaries sell
them on nominal prices and resultantly millions of employees come on the
roads for livelihoods? This is a humble request of your applicant to you
Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services
arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner
by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of hour to take harsh
steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and
strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For
this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble
