Subject-Whether provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 have been thrown into the garbage if not then how B.S.A. Mirzapur dared not to exchange even communication after receiving the R.T.I. Communique otherwise he had to tell the reason of not providing the sought information.
With great respect to revered Sir, your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that why did B.S.A. Mirzapur not provide the sought information even after more than three months and more surprising that no effect of the first appeal? Why did he take the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 under teeth?
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that    Information to be provided within 30 days. 48 hours where life or liberty is involved. 35 days where a request is given to Asst. PIO, 40 days where the third party is involved and 45 days for human rights violation information from listed security/ intelligence agencies.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether B.S.A. Mirzapur is a layman he can’t understand the simple meaning of the provision. What is the difference between a criminal and B.S.A. Mirzapur? A criminal breaks the law for his selfish motives likewise B.S.A. breaking the law in order to shield its evil deeds. A criminal amasses huge wealth he is also amassing the huge wealth and nowadays criminals are also highly educated more than him. 
                              This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? This is the need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. Please provide the copy of the letter patrank/besik/2175/2018-19/dinank21-05-2018.
Also, Provide the circular which empowers the Besik Shiksha Adhikari  Mirzapur to annex the Patrank-बेसिक /2175/2018-19 dated-16/05/2018 at the place of patrank/besik/2175/2018-19/dinank21-05-2018. Whether B.S.A. Mirzapur didn’t mislead the officers of the chief minister office who monitors Jansunwai portal of government of Uttar Pradesh?
2-Provide the detailed copy of the circular issued by C.B.S.E. Board causing the change in CCE pattern as according to your claim CCE pattern has been removed from junior High school.
3-Provide the shreds of evidence of your allegations if you have any in regard to private tuition to the students of Saint BBL School as your Patrank-बेसिक /2175/2018-19 dated-16/05/2018 is defamatory and tarnished the image of the applicant.
4-Why B.S.A. Mirzapur didn’t deem it fit that per year loss of Rs.3000 to the applicant is proper cause to submit complaints in order to seek justice as private management was changing the books every year? These complaints could be curbed by compensating the loss of the applicant but B.S.A. traced the false and flimsy grounds which are baseless? 
Please provide the name of N.C.E.R.T. Books which are run in the English medium Kindergartens and Nursery schools and most specifically in the concerned school where city education officer claimed to run in his earlier reports.
Please provide the name of bookshop other than the Anil Book Store in front of Arykanya Inter College where books of Saint BBL School are available.
Provide access to information, under which provision of law an educational institute can sell textbooks and can proliferate commercial activities in the institute. Also, make available the provisions of law which ceases the power of education officer to take punitive action against the management of such erring institutes.
 Therefore it is the need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

matter is concerned with the back door income of the public offices therefore it is confirmed that they will not take any action in this matter your most important question is that those drawing huge salary from public exchequer can be allowed freely to take bribe
