Grievance Description
Herewith grievance is attached. Why the computerised entries were
not made and branch running away from providing transaction details to account
holder itself. Sir that applicant had provided Rs.200 in order to open the
student account in order to get a scholarship from the government but it is
unfortunate that same transaction detail is still not made in the passbook of
the aggrieved student Kajal. At present, if there is the only a one transaction
detail in the passbook, then from where rest of the amount came. Undoubtedly it
is scholarship but when this transaction took place whether the aggrieved
student Kajal has no right to know. Whether such cryptic dealings of the
Allahabad bank is not promoting the corruption in the system and neither
keeping intact its own credibility nor the government.
Sir that when the address and other details in the passbook are made
computerised, then why transaction detail was made handwritten. It is most
unfortunate that when leading banks in the country are issuing alert warnings
to the customers that they may not accept handwritten statements from the bank
staffs, how the concerned branch of Allahabad bank is issuing the handwritten
cryptic transaction details.

Everyone knows that public functionaries siphon public fund buy colluding with the staffs of the bank therefore bank staff do not provide transaction details to the customers otherwise they will know the money amount whatever was paid by the government to them and both public functionary and staff at the government will be exposed in the public domain and their service maybe dismissed in order to avoid the credit of the government. Matter is concerned with the girl student belonging to weaker and downtrodden section is being deprived of the scholarship which is the root cause bank is not providing details of the transaction made in the account. Here this question arises that where is the Social Justice in this government headed by Mr Narendra Modi Sir who always advocates Social justice on various public fora and wants to be Messiah of the poor and downtrodden section.

When in order to bring transparency and accountability in its work, banking institutions are ensuring computerized work then why concerned staffs performing hand written works and transaction entries incomplete. At present every employee searches backdoor income like government staffs.
