to TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA NOTIFICATION NEW DELHI, THE 5th
JANUARY, 2012-6. Establishment of Complaint Monitoring System-(1) Every
service provider shall, within forty-five days of coming into force of these
regulations, establish a ‘Web Based Complaint Monitoring System’ to enable
the consumers to monitor the status of their complaints. For details, take a
glance of attached notification to this complaint. Whether responsible staffs
of the Airtel company can tell me where is such grievance redress mechanism
of Airtel Mobile company whose nodal and appellate authorities e-mails are

one of the amount Rs.99 to the Paytm account of the applicant. Actually, this
amount was not paid by me but cryptic dealing of Paytm and partner company
Airtel Mobile company.

How much dilapidated system in this country? Think about the gravity of situation that without providing the services, companies are charging the customers and corrupt public functionaries of Modi Government are mute spectators.
