Whether recovery of the imposed penalties on the erring PIOs by the state information commission could be made by the the government of course not? On the one side of screen, government is honest but on the other side of screen, it is opposing transparency and accountability by weakening the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. Whether it is not conspiracy that imposed penalties are not being recovered by the government accountable functionaries which means our constitutional functionaries are teeth less.

On the one side of the screen Modi Sir says that he is providing good governance and his party, where his party has formed the government is providing good governance then he must tell that whether in the good governance, order of the constitutional functionaries is not complied by the government? Whether it is not anarchy and government itself not promoting anarchy by not complying the order of the Information Commissioner?
