Please direct
concerned public functionary to pay heed to my grievances so that
loss/detriment suffered by your applicant due to negligency of staff of
Vodafone company may be compensated by the company. With due respect your
applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble to the following
submissions as follows. 1-Please direct Vodafone company to pay your
applicant Rs.50000.00 as compensation to damages incurred because of
physical. mental torture of your applicant by the erring staff of Vodafone
company who provided third grade service by violating the consumer rights of
your applicant. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that initially
company informed your applicant that he uses third grade dongle which is the
cause of poor access of internet. But now your applicant is using 3-G dongle
of Idea company. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that at present
your applicant is using 3-G internet data pack by paying two times the tariff
paid for 2-G. With this data pack DNS server always remains absent. Whether
this is not signal that staff of company is deliberately harassing your
applicant and this persecution causing physical and mental of your applicant.
Computer is new, dongle is new ,3-G internet data pack but no access to internet.
No websites are opening. This is humble request of your applicant to you
Hon’ble Sir that my representation be entertained by concerned accountable
functionaries who may direct the company to pay your applicant compensation
as sought under point -1 to damages so that company staff may not dare to
harass the innocent law abiding citizens of the country. For this your

in Rs.449.00 . Whether this is justified. Whether this is rule of law in this
country. Contact the Internet Service Provider If the computer is still
having issues connecting to the Internet and the network test passes, it is
possible that the service is down or the Internet connection software
provided by the ISP is not configured correctly. Call the support phone
number for the ISP for help with configuring the settings in Windows and the
ISP software. Be sure to provide the ISP with the information from the
network diagnostics
