Whether

student of the scholarship. When the applicant rectified the data the mark of
the oblique was inserted but that oblique mark has been removed by forgery
through illegally opening the locked account of the applicant student. 4-It is
submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that on the part of the student only renewal
was made and registration is made in the first year then how this year roll
number of High school has been suspect. If the enrolment number was incorrect,
then how the student was provided a scholarship in the second year. 5-It is
submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that why the rectified data is not showing in
the screen print of today’s status of the online application form. Which simply
means forgery was made with the rectified data in order to keep alive the claim
to deprive the aggrieved student of his scholarship.

Here matter is crystal clear that there is sheer irregularity in the disbursement of the scholarship to the students. But it is unfortunate that Yogi government is adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter. The behavior of yogi government is like the face of inscrutable face of sphinx.

Undoubtedly this extra genius student has been deprived of the scholarship by the corrupt public functionaries of the government of Uttar Pradesh and it is fact that they are not trying to correct the mistakes which is the reflection of rampant corruption in the government machinery so it is obligatory duty of the constitutional functionaries of this country to take appropriate steps against such corrupt elements who are dictating entire state machinery and the plant of corruption must be eradicated.
