CPIO RBI. transferred RTI application to CPIO SBI RTI ,then CPIO SBI RTI to CPIO CRPD then CPIO CRPD returned back CPIO RTI state bank of India.whether this is not anarchy but it may be good governance for Modi Sir.

Subject-Violation of not only subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005 but also sheer disrespect and contempt to the order of central information commission by the CPIOs of public authority state bank of India.
With due respect your appellant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of first page, second page and third page  of attached document with this appeal explicitly showing that what order has been passed by the central information commission. Date of hearing 05-December-2016 but order was passed on 11-Jan-2017. Undoubtedly this order was waiting your appellant since one year.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of fourth page of attached document with this appeal explicitly showing that central public information officer of reserve bank of India through communication dated 13-Feb-2017 transferred the R.T.I. communiqué dated 07-02-2016 to  central public information officer of state bank of India.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of fifth page of attached document with this appeal i.e. communication dated 04-March-2017 explicitly showing that how central public information officer RTI transferred the letter of your appellant dated 13-02-2017 to CPIO ,CRPD ,State Bank of India AS matter was closely connected with their functions .
4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of sixth page of attached document with this appeal i.e. communication dated 15-March-2017 explicitly showing that central public information officer C.R,P,D. State Bank of India returned back communication dated 04-March-2017 central public information officer RTI State Bank of India. Here this question arises that when the matter was concerned with the working of central public information officer RTI State Bank of India,then why it was transferred to CPIO ,CRPD ,State Bank of India . Whether such act is not the violation and mockery of provisions of Right to Information Act 2005.

 This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
