Whether this is good governance as promised by You Hon’ble Narendra Modi Sir during election campaign.

Whether this is proper reply of raised questions. On one side of screen Hon’ble prime minister Sir is pseudo claiming of good governance and other side of screen prime banking institution State Bank of India is indulged in siphoning money/exploiting  poor students arbitrarily.What is the motive of this cryptic reply in which submissions are not touched. Right to reason is the indispensable part of well ordered administration.Cryptic dealings originate from corruption.

Sought Information.3-Hon’ble Sir Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound democratic institution /department of governments so provide the reason justifying the commission Rs.57.00  on both the collection either Rs.300.00 or collection Rs.200.00. Who has given arbitrary power to S.B.I. To charge commissions from students arbitrarily? Provide the name of regulatory body of S.B.I..
                        This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
