Information displaying on the screen flashes as printers ink pad is at the end of its service life ,please contact EPSON support. A printer of approximately Rs.10000 .00 could’t print the 10000 copies whether it is justified when market value of copy is Rs.1.00 per copy including the paper price. Five times it got defaulted in warranty period . Whether a product is sold on the basis warranty but actually one year warranty means product’s stability is more than one year. Please direct the company it may decide the present price of the product and get back my printer if it can’t provide the facility repairing to your applicant as no local facility is available. In 12 month ,only 8 months printer was O.K. As rest of time spent in requesting service centre when you are sending the engineer to repair the printer. Hon’ble Sir think about the miserable conditions of consumers in this country whether their rights are safe.
Hon’ble Sir black ink is out flowing from the printer and concerned staff of company overlooking my grievance in the name of warranty is expired. Hon’ble Sir whether the two months can’t be included in the warranty during which printer didn’t act because of staff of company as your applicant had already submitted the application which was as follows and listed in your complaints . Please direct the staff of company either redress my grievance or take back their printer. What is the stability of product which delivers function on the basis of warranty. How much surprising that after 8000 printing system automatically stops to function and consumer has to contact the staff company who do bargaining after that.

Your applicant purchased a printer from shop digital world Dundhi Katra Mirzapur which cost Rs.9800.00 was paid to shopkeeper ipsofacto obvious from the annexure. According to cash memo -warranty is given by manufacturer not by the firm. It means warranty is subjected to Manufacturer i.e. Epson company.
Once printer colour head was short circuited , then company staff took two months to repair. They usually used to tell me that they have sent the order to Bangalore and in one order we seek numerous repairing parts so this usually comes in one month. Consequently they had taken two months to repair my printer.
Now again it is not taking ink but after noting the complaint company staff is not attending the phone which is being made by your applicant from phone number 7379105911 on Mobile numbers- 18004250011 , 9628372010 and 9628372009 . Whether it is justified.
Their lackadaisical approach in regard to redressing my grievances is on its zenith. Hon’ble Sir if they don’t want to provide the services ,then they take back their product and return back my paid amount. The dull approach of company staff in regard to providing services causing mental trauma to your applicant. Concerned company may be directed to provide compensation to your applicant Rs.5000.00 as damages in the form of mental and physical traumas .

This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice.
