Whether there is tacit understanding between B.J.P. and congress. Nexus must come in public domain.

The Aam
Aadmi Party (AAP) challenges the BJP to break its mysterious silence and make
its stand clear on the issue of imposition of President
s rule and Delhi assembly
being kept under suspended animation
It
is surprising that the BJP, which is leveling wild allegations on the AAP
leadership, is itself afraid to spell out its stand on whether the people of
Delhi should be subjected to an indirect rule of the Congress-led UPA
s central government
or they should be allowed to exercise their democratic and constitutional right
of electing a new government.
 The AAP asks
following direct questions to the BJP, whose leader in double role these days
Mr
Harsh Vardhan has developed a habit of spreading a fresh lie everyday :
  1. Does the BJP want
Delhi assembly to be dissolved and elections to take place along with the
    Lok Sabha ?
  2. If yes, why is its
leadership afraid to give a categorical answer to this question ?
  3. When no party is
in a position to form a government in Delhi, why is the BJP not demanding
    dissolution of the assembly ?
  4. Or is the BJP waiting
to form its government after the Lok Sabha elections by indulging in
    horsetrading ?
  5. Would the BJP like to
now like to take forward its alliance forged with the Congress in the
assembly on February 14 to defeat the Janlokpal bill ?
  6. Why is the BJP
hesitant to form a government with the Congress, since the two parties had
already come together in the assembly and MLAs of both parties were
shouting that they have a strength of 40 MLAs ?

  7. Why did the BJP not oppose discontinuation of relief in
electricity tariffs for the people of Delhi, when the interim budget was
    presented in parliament ?
That the Congress party wants to avoid elections in Delhi at any
cost is now an admitted and accepted fact, but the BJP strategy of running with hares and hunting with
hounds now stands fully exposed in front of the people.
If the BJP wants to stake claim for government
formation, it should come forward and clearly say so. The
AAP will take this issue
to the people and expose the open alliance between the two parties, whose only
aim was to destabilize the pro-people
s government and grab power through unholy means.
