This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? I am seeking address in order to file a case for damages in the consumer forum instead of such useless pieces of advice which are part of cryptic dealings of Ebay online shopping and its attached sellers quite obvious from attachments. Manufacturer warranty is subject of the genuine item delivered not the defective item as served by Ebay online Shopping. A defaulter can’t be a judge so the company may restrain itself from deciding what to do the consumer as it is subject of the appropriate forum. Matter is concerned with the rampant corruption in the government machinery but they are reluctant to provide the sought information as this information may expose them.
