is concerned with the matter Registration Number- DOTEL/E/2016/32162
For details take a glance of attached representation. Attached e-mail
representation and aforementioned grievance were submitted on
24-Aug-2016 if the internet pack was really activated on 24-Aug-2016 as
affirmed by staffs concerned of vodafone east, then what was the need
of these representations.
Here this question is important that whether internet pack was really
activated on 24-August ,then what is the cause of this message – Sender:
VE-VFCARE Date: 08/24/2016 18:52:04 — Hi, you have used up the data
allowance on your internet pack. Continue browsing at 3G speeds at
4p/10KB or dial *111*6 to upgrade to a higher data plan. Really your
applicant purchased the data pack 24-Aug but it was activated after Aug
25, 2016 11:59:59 PM which is sheer mismanagement, illegal and
unjustified act of company staffs .
According to Vodafone customer care -As per discussion held with you on
dated 30 Aug 2016 at 11:45 and 6:45 pm on your Vodafone mobile number
7379105911, we have informed you that balance of Rs 13 has been deducted
for usage done by your for calls in duration of 21st Aug to 24th Aug
2016 and it is not deducted for data usage on pay as your go mode as
Data pack was never lapsed and another data pack of 159 was already
active with your Vodafone mobile number 7379105911 since 24th Aug 2016
after noon however you were not agreed for same.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is sheer mismanagement
that Vodafone company staffs showing 1-GB data as 50 MB and exhausted in
entirety. Status as-Receive: 1.Mobile Internet 50MB Balance 0.01MB till
Aug 25, 2016 11:59:59 PM. 0.More

Whether it is justified that if data allowance of 1-GB be available in the account of Vodafone mobile number-7379105911 Vodafone company staffs may deduct charges of internet surfing from talk value balance. 24 August 2016 19:36 At the place of 50 MB ,please show 1-GB data and deducted talk value from Rs.51 and some thing to Rs. 38 and some thing. i.e. Rs.13 must be refunded into the account of your applicant

    Grievance Description : Matter is concerned with the Vodafone U.P. East. According to offer Rs,159 =1GB 3G validity 28 days.but Vodafone company provided 635 MB 3-G data and validity 14 days. If the erring staffs concerned of Vodafone company claims that there was no such offer for that particular instant of time ,then concerned may ask them when at every moment of time company provides offer to its customer specifically at his Vodafone mobile number -9336252631 ,Rs.159 =1 GB THEN how offer remained absent from the number because when consumer checked the number before purchasing the pack offer was available on the phone and after the processing of recharge of internet pack offer was available, then how it could remain absent from the phone on the moment when charging of internet pack took place. Undoubtedly they have no fear with the government staffs concerned but they should be frightened with the growing competitiveness among the service providers itself. Matter is concerned with Vodafone mobile number-9336252631. Administrative head of Vodafone company U.P. East may keep this point in the mind that if full 1-GB 3-G data and validity of 28 days was not provided, your applicant will get his three mobile numbers ported to some other service providers. After all your 2-G network speed has already dejected the mind of your applicant from your services. Please take a glance of attached representation with this grievance.
