How S.B.I. Is charging Rs.57 as commission for collection of fee Rs.50 from poor students was not made available by S.B.I. And R.B.I. So they are hatching conspiracy with my first appeal under subsection 1 of section 19 of Right to Information Act 2005 sent by registered post. Postal department already have excellent track  record of such wrongdoings that R.T.I. Communique instead of delivering to addressee was delivered at  sender’s address. Undoubtedly misuse of power is rampant in the government machinery.
