Because of corruption, our corrupt public functionaries are hatching conspiracy Against The Right to Information act 2005 so that they may not provide the information to the information seekers who are seeking information in regard to the activities of the various public authorities who are spending the money of the government in various schemes but repeated absence of the R.T.I. Clerk and main Public Information Officer from the office is only showing that there is no proper management or you can say that there is a planned conspiracy not to provide information to the information seekers in this largest populous state of India especially in Mirzapur district.

Think about the corruption which is rampant in the the administration of district Mirzapur quite obvious from the fact that 4 Public Information of officers were punished by the state information commission of Uttar Pradesh with the penalty of 25000 per Public Information Officer and more than two years past and 200 applications have been submitted to get the compliance of the order of the the State Information Commission but still recovery of the pecuniary penalty could not be carried out by the district administration Mirzapur which means Public Information Officer Collectorate Mirzapur that is additional district magistrate law and revenue,

Undoubtedly condition is too much critical as because of mismanagement of the government, Right to Information Act 2005 has been thrown into the dustbin.IT IS quite obvious that corruption took under teeth the august act Right to Information Act 2005 while it was brought up by the congress government to curb the corruption from government machinery. Everyone knows that district is the unit and key post concerned with the management of Right to Information Act 2005 is missing or showing cryptic presence is drawback for the transparency act.
