Subject-Please direct First Appellate Authority of Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission to entertain my first appeal in order to provide your applicant information as sought by him through R.T.I. Communique dated 07/03/2015 which is attached with this representation in PDF Form.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant already sent RTI Communique dated 07/03/2015 to seek point wise information from public information officer of UPSIC but he didn’t entertain my communique can be better explained by him the cryptic reason not to provide sought information.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that public information officer of uttar pradesh information commission violated the provision of subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005. He didn’t deem fit to make even correspondence in regard to aforesaid RTI communique .
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how much surprising that staff of ombudsman of Right to Information itself has no regard for the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 ,then what can be expected from others. The body which itself doesn’t like transparency and accountability in its function ,then how it can be instrumental in promoting transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities.
               
 This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that how much surprising that staff of ombudsman of Right to Information itself has no regard for the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 ,then what can be expected from others. The body which itself doesn't like transparency and accountability in its function ,then how it can be instrumental in promoting transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities.

  2. This is too much precarious situation that staff of Information Commission government of uttar pradesh is not providing access to information to information seekers. Whether it is justified. It seems that RTI communications are never entertained in upsic. Whether this is not anarchy.
