Vodafone Mobile number -9336252631 .Whether delivery of services by vodafone company staffs conform the standard set up norm of Government of India really . First company staffs sends the  messages on mobile numbers in regard to offers even after objection if consumer some how purchased one of them then services are blocked in the name activation.  Whether such acts of company staffs can be justified.

Matter is concerned with the Vodafone Mobile number -9336252631 on which 3-G net pack of Rs.158.00 is purchased by your applicant  on the ground of unwanted messages sent by vodafone company not curbed by company staffs even after repeated request by your applicant. 
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that according to following messages sent by company staffs on aforesaid number 3-G service has been activated but actually not and whether good governance allows such criminal breach of trust.

3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether this is good governance that service providing vodafone company staffs don’t allow 2-G internet data holders to access internet and 3-G data packs are sold by company staffs but not activated. Whether consumer rights are protected in this anarchy . Where are guardians who are protectors of consumer rights in this largest democracy in the world.
                  
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  2. Most important thing, why these service provider prefer 3-G services to its consumers? Because 3-G services consume data enormously with surfing internet so on one consumer afford more data in the name of 3-G while if he used 2-G he had to spend less data and more internet surfing .
