Grievance Description : To All accountable public functionaries of government of India Subject-Security money deposited Rs.2000.00 to B.S.N.L. Mirzapur was not refunded while the telephone set was received by the B.S.N.L. Mirzapur through its staff Ram Bachan Sharma on 26-10-2015 whether it is justified. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant Musarrat Ansari S/O Manjoor Ali Ansari sought disconnection of telephone from B.S.N.L. Mirzapur because of its third grade services comparatively costly in comparison to other service providers ipso facto obvious from the attached documents with this representation. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that letter of my father was received by S.D.E. Phataha Mirzapur on 26-10-2015 and on the same date telephone set was received as aforesaid and subsequent proceedings were carried out. Please take a glance of attached documents with this representation. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that according hand written script on the attached telephone bill , staff of B.S.N.L. Mirzapur itself mentioned the amount ought to refunded by the B.S.N.L. Mirzapur BUT it is unfortunate that concerned didn’t refunded Rs. 930.00 as promised to your applicant on 07/01/2016 ipso facto obvious from the attached documents. Whether this is not anarchy. 4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant visited Angarh B.S.N.L. OFFICE of Mirzapur number of times ,mostly officers don’t attend the offices regularly or makes flimsy excuses like we have sent your application head office Lucknow who are procrastinating on your payment ,we don’t delay. After all more than one and half year passed. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
