Whether our public functionaries are paid huge salaries to deny the rights vulnerable?

Undoubtedly it is record of constitutional functionaries that whenever they are required to interfere in the matter, they search excuses and keep itself aloof from the matter  on the flimsy ground. In the following matter, aggrieved lady deprived of her rights by her husband arbitrarily and matter is being overlooked by the concerned public functionaries when she took shelter of the local authority and now National Human Rights Commission is overlooking the matters concerned arbitrarily which is mockery of the law of land and against the spirit of the human rights. Where is written that protection of Human Rights does not safeguard the rights of old age people regarding the property of ancestors inherited to them? In the case of large scale casualties, these functionaries found no one accountable for thousand of innocent people killed mercilessly in the communal rites which is mockery of the law of land. People must think about the credibility of such institutions.

I am Dr. S. Sudalai Kumar, grandson of Mr Vanumamalai Konar and son of Mr V Subramanian require immediate attention on fraudulent registration of patta, chitta and registration documents of house, lands and agricultural lands owned by my great grandfather Perumal/grandfather Vanumamalai konar/ their heirs Perumal, Subramanian, Sundaram, Rengan registered in Nanguneri and valliyur taluk sub registrar offices. I also require immediate attention on fraudulent registration of patta, chitta and registration documents of house, lands and agricultural lands owned by my grandfather Sundarapandi konar/ mother Pechiyammal and my brother Vadivel. I requested the sub registrar of Nanguneri and Valliyur to cancel the registration since it is done without my signatures only done with signature of my brother Vadivel under fraudulent way of registration but no response from the officials. My father side said that they have sold some of my shares in ancestral property without my signature and Arumugam thevar took other land of my ancestral property from the land lord after death threatening to my father and his brothers. I do know the ingenuity of occupying my shares and deceiving me by saying those things. Therefore I request you to take action on them all under inquiry to be conducted under Section 68(2) of the Registration Act, 1908 by the District Registrars and 69 of registration act an and provide me my share of properties.

Whether it is justified that every complaint of the vulnerable section are overlooked by the constitutional functionaries on the flimsy ground? If these constitutional functionaries are not providing remedies, then why drawing huge amount as salary from public exchequer quite obvious. We are ruled by complete anarchy and mismanagement which consequent is rapid growth of the Corona Virus Pandemic patients.

Lord ran away once from battlefield so he was ranchhor while our constitutional functionaries always runaway from entertaining the grievances of people belonging to weaker and downtrodden section, then what will they be called in the History?

Undoubtedly it is bad practice that our constitutional functionaries are not taking the grievances of the common people seriously which is quite obvious from the post as well as what ever practice is going on in this comment machinery. According to the the former president of United States of America democracy is the Government of the people by the people for the people which means common people cannot be overlooked in a democracy. Because of the government rampant corruption in the government machinery there is no rule of law in the government machinery.

Where is the justice to the common people belonging to the weaker and downtrodden section in this anarchy they are denying the prayer of such people on the flimsy ground and persecuting the common people if they are raising the voice against the wrongdoings of the corrupt government functionaries which is quite obvious from the cryptic style of the functions of the government functionaries. From the current style of the functioning of the government functionaries it is quite obvious from the function of the government, entire citizenry has been divided into two categories one is the category of privileged class and other is the category of non privileged class
