Undoubtedly it is reflection ofsheer Anarchy in the government machinery but concerned are not taking single step to resolve it. Why our accountable public functionaries are sleeping by selling the horses and such lackadaisical approach is the reflection of Anarchy and chaos in the government machinery. Why concern did not touch the core issue in the complaint which shows that they are reluctant to curb Anarchy in the government machinery.
