order of 31-January -2014 still awaiting delivery which is eighth booking .
Hon’ble Sir. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention
of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submission as follows. Keshav Pratap
Singh , Surekapuram ,Bathua , Mirzapur my younger brother is customer of gas
agency Asmita Gas service whose card serial no. 100 C 2886411 , Customer’s
No. AGS 8769 SV No.2916673 No. of cylinders-2 Deposits 1900 ,cylinders1800
regulator 100 . Be it known to Hon’ble Sir that your applicant got booked the
refill order on 31-Jan-2014 but concerned gas agency as aforesaid still have
not delivered gas cylinder while the government claims to provide 12 gas
cylinders in a year to customers. This is eighth booking but still not delivered
. There must be proper delivery of service instead of making election
rhetoric . Please direct the concerned staff otherwise this financial year
will pass only with seven cylinders. For this your applicant shall ever pray
you Hon’ble Sir. Yours sincerely Yogi M. P. Singh Moh-Surekapram ,Jabalpur
Road Dist-Mirzapur (U.P.) India Hon’ble Sir whether it has been tradition in
the system not to take action on the submitted grievances in order to promote
more anarchy in the system. It is about one month going to be passed since
the date refill order has been booked. This is reminder e-mail as you hon’ble
Sir didn’t take any action on the earlier e-mail. Please direct concerned to
make available delivery of cylinder instead of procrastination to promote
wrongdoings. If Hon’ble Sir really wants to take glance of quantum of
corruption prevalent in the distribution of cylinders ,then visit on the
following
