Sodium lamps remains switched on whole day in Mirzapur day showing laxity of the staff of department of electricity.

Executive engineer Y. N. Ram EDD II Mirzapur have provided the freedom to its subordinates who are conducting the business of department in its own way. In these days laxity of the staff is on its zenith. Hon’ble Sir on one side of screen ,there is extreme shortage of power and on other side of screen sodium lamps and tube lights on roads remains switched on for whole day.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what is the need to switch on the sodium lamp during the day time. Hon’ble Sir they know that they will recover the loss from genuine consumer by issuing normative bills to genuine consumers by declaring their meters defective.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that there is abundant tyranny in the department of electricity and its staff acts in schizophrenic way. On one side we are facing power scarcity and on other side careless staff misusing electricity which is on its peak . Whether it is justified. Since they know that no action would be taken against them so anarchy, misrule and mismanagement is on its extreme in the department of electricity Mirzapur.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that
Whether it is justified that in the name licensee Electricity companies are looting the innocent consumers in the state by taking accountable public functionaries of Government of Uttar Pradesh in good faith.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
