Whether medical negligence can be overlooked in the name, diseased family not interested

The man whose body was humiliated after death is not tantamount to medical negligence if the diseased whose human rights was violated departed to God’s port and his family members are no more interested in seeking justice for the human rights violations of the disease, under such circumstances, influential private nursing home’s proprietor may be set scot free. Whether such acts will not promote lawlessness and anarchy in the society? Whether Habitual practices of medical negligence are not offences against the society and its promoters may be set scot-free on the flimsy ground? Whether it is not obligatory duty of the state to establish the rule of law and subject the breakers of the law of land to appropriate proceedings of the court?

It means carelessness in a matter in which the law mandates carefulness. A breach of this duty gives a patient the right to initiate action against negligence. Persons who offer medical advice and treatment implicitly state and undertake to have the skill and knowledge to do as under: … To administer that treatment.Dec 17, 2014

If the setup norms are not being followed by the registered Nursing Home then it must be unregistered in the office of the government but it is not being done because of the influence of the the proprietor of the clinic which is not only unconstitutional but promoting corruption in the society. Think about the gravity of situation that a dead body was humiliated and entire local media cried but everything was overlooked because of the corruption in the government machinery such practices cannot be promoted in order to maintain the dignity of the public offices.

If the fear psychosis will be eroded from the mind of criminals cryptically by the government functionaries then crime will increase in our society with very high growth rate and will never be controlled it is quite obvious in the present scenario. Senior physician declared the patients dead but think about the quantity of greed in such people hankering after wealth like crazy people, admitted the dead patients and made huge bill. Whether it was not inhuman treatment with the dead body ipso facto obvious?

Whether it was not inhuman treatment with the dead body ipso facto obvious? How the cure is feasible after the man died but because of the greed of proprietors of the private nursing homes, everything is feasible? To serve the diseased is to serve gods but exploit them is like to exploit gods which means such proprietors themselves making their lives hell.

Everyone knows that fear of penal actions stops criminal mind to indulge in the criminal activities but such cryptic dealings will only promote the criminals in the society. If someone hankering after wealth will be freed so cheaply then he will again do the same acts to make easy money. Greed is the great demon living inside us and instigate us to amass wealth even by cheating others.
