Grievance Description : An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India . If aggrieved may not convey the nessage to the concerned authorities, then it doesn’t mean that every thing is O.K. Subject – Regarding mismanagement in inviting application for GDS recruitment by department of post, India. With great respect to revered Sir, your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following grievance was submitted but not taken seriously by the concerned as there is nothing improvement in the working style. Grievance Status, Status as on 04 May 2017,Registration Number-DPOST/E/2017/10074 Name of Complainant-Yogi M P Singh, Date of Receipt-03 May 2017, Received by-Department of Posts Forwarded to- GDS Section, Officer name-Raman Lal Patel,Officer Designation-ADG GDS Contact Address-Room No. 426, Dak Bhawan, N.Delhi 110001 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Kishan Patel S/O Rajesh Patel has done registration and paid the requisite fee as required by the recruiting agency but latter he made repeated attempts but application was not accepted. After few steps, message displayed on the screen that page is not working. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached documents with this representation. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Ajay Kumar Maurya S/O Rajendra Kumar Maurya has done registration and paid the requisite fee as required by the recruiting agency but latter he made repeated attempts but application was not accepted. After few steps, message displayed on the screen that page is not working. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached documents with this representation. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice.   2. Hon’ble Sir undoubtedly unemployment is on its peak causing huge number of candidates applying for existed vacancies but you are amassing huge wealth in the name fee collection, and then why not providing facilities to candidates so that they can submit online application form smoothly.
