Whether the job of central government is ended once it provided state quota fund to it

Why central government don’t ensure proper utilization of fund provided to state as its quota as this fund neither central property nor state property but belongs to concerned needy. Their paid personnel must ensure it proper utilization as their obligatory duty.

Grievance Description : In the name of precautionary measure for menace like Dengue fever only meetings are convened Cases of Dengue fever is uprising but as usual instead of taking precautionary measure ,our executives and bureaucrats are busy in politics of vindictiveness in order to reap political mileage. 02 November 2016 First be apprised with the alarming condition that in Surekapurm and adjoining areas ,mosquitoes are biting in the day. Neither fogging nor spray ever took place since three years. Most surprising is that concerned department of government of Uttar Pradesh still not taken any precautionary measure in order to curb the growth of mosquitoes so that growing number of patients of dengue fever in hospitals may decrease ipsofacto there is alarmingly rise in the number of such patients. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that insensitivity of concerned public staffs can be easily guessed from their lackadaisical approach in regard to control the breeding of mosquitoes as no spray of anti-mosquitoes powders was ever done since many years. If I am wrong ,they themselves explain what precautionary steps taken by them. Here in the name of tackling such menace ,only meeting are convened of subordinate staffs by the accountable public functionaries in the state. Please take a glance of attached documents with this representation. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that number of mosquitoes can be guessed from the fact that if some one is taking Sun bath but he can’t sit on the chair for few moments because several biting attacks will take place in those moments . Whether such environment can be termed as healthy environment. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that What about the mission clean and sanitation in India? Since 12 years your applicant is raising the issue of drainage and exit of dirty water in Mohalla-Surekapuram colony ,District-Mirzapur but nothing could be achieved. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir. Yours sincerely Yogi M. P. Whether this is proper reply by accountable servants of government of India when the cases of dengue fever is uprising in the state and most important what about clean and sanitation campaign of Hon'ble P.M. Sir when mosquitoes originated epidemic has taken region under its stranglehold. Govt of UP is concerned

  2. Whether it is justified to overlook the grievances of people in the name of matter is subjected to state government. Here every thing is feasible because we are living in a banana Republic as democracy has been hijacked be syndicate of corrupt executive, bureaucrats and judicial members.

  3. Undoubtedly non accountable approach staff of central government reflects the real good governance at the central government. It seems that all central staffs unanimously working for good governance.
