3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Being a public servant, concerned staff must know that grievances of the public must be redressed according to submissions made in the grievance but it seems that concerned never take the perusal of the contents of the grievance. Attitude of arbitrariness and working style of a public servant directly influence public services delivery and adversely affect it if services are delivered with negative approaches . Here following are burning questions before the accountable public functionaries still in regard to matter. Whether arbitrary cancellation of ration cards may be allowed which is done by subordinate staffs mostly in order to achieve ulterior motives? Whether forged affidavits of the complainants may submitted on the august portal Jansunwai of government of Uttar Pradesh in order to redress to grievances on paper and mislead the senior rank staffs as done by the district supply officer? Whether inconsistent report of the concerned staffs may be allowed which is causing multiple complaints in the same matter which is wastage of time and money?
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? How the subordinate of district supply officer Mirzapur can submit the affidavit of public spirited person Yogi M P Singh and most surprising is that when that is staff never met Yogi M P Singh which implies that working of the district supply officer Mirzapur is full of Anarchy where there is no rule of law except anarchy. Undoubtedly it is mockery of the law of land but when the complaint was made to the competent authorities they only forwarded the matter to the district supply officer Mirzapur who itself a wrongdoer and promoting a group of wrongdoers. District supply officer informed the senior rank officers that enquiry in is being carried out and after the enquiry action would be taken against the wrongdoer but what this fateful day will never come in his life.
Only motive is to redress the grievances without providing any kind of the reprieve to the complainant. Most surprising is that when the subordinates of district supply officer submit even fake affidavits of the complainants.
