    This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that this is second year of purchased product and product has been outdated which caused unavailability of product’s parts in the market even in show room of company.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that both seller and manufacturer are coercing the consumers indirectly to buy electronic articles like Tablets , mobile phones  in two years which unethical practice must be curbed by the government in order to safeguard the consumer interest of citizenry
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether vigilant eyes of the staffs of government are not remained failed or colluding with such unethical professionals for narrow gains. After all such practice can’t be allowed to proliferate in our society

Hon'ble Sir that this is second year of purchased product and product has been outdated which caused unavailability of product's parts in the market even in show room of company.Whether company is not coercing its consumers to buy new Tab if really interested . Hon'ble Sir whether vigilant eyes of the staffs of government are not remained failed or colluding with such unethical professionals for narrow gains. After all such practice can't be allowed to proliferate in our society.

  2. In only two years ,products of company is going to be outdated which is violation consumer's protection law. If products are made outdated ,then company don't make available parts of the products.Such practice coerce the customers to buy the new products . Which is direct cheating.
