Here most important thing is that since the matter is concerned with cheating which is criminal offence and this is not important that which email is being used or what platform is being used more emphasis must be on the transparency and accountability. We are not fraud like you. After one month procrastination you asked to return the mis-sold insurance which was sold by misleading the aggrieved applicant Keshaw Pratap Singh. We will today return back your policy by taking receipt from your concerned staff.

Undoubtedly matter is concerned with the cheating and the assistant manager of axis bank , Beltar, Mirzapur city acted as agent of the Max Life insurance cheated the aggrieved Keshaw Pratap Singh quite obvious from the video footage of CCTV installed in the axis bank but concerned instead of taking any action in the matter only procrastinating on the matter. Whether it is not procrastination on the part of Max Life Insurance company. Following is the email of the applicant which categorically states that they may follow the R.B.I. Guidelines to refund the paid amount but their activities are cryptic and incredible still. As soon as they sent terms and conditions to the aggrieved applicant Keshaw Pratap Singh, complaint submitted against the erring company by disclosing the story of the cheating done by the assistant manager Axis Bank Beltar District-Mirzapur to the concerned department of the government of India as required under law. Since their integrity was under cloud since beginning and this business being pursued by them only to cheat innocent and gullible citizenry so they adopted the same path of cheating even in the submitted complaint alleging fraud done by the aforementioned manager of the Axis bank. They are saying that Keshaw Pratap Singh is policy holder how as soon as terms and conditions sent by the MAX Life Insurance Company and fraud of Assistant Manager came to light, he immediately sough refund of the paid premium. Whether 13 Lakh 9 thousand will be provided by company on maturity of Insurance and Keshaw Pratap Singh was sold insurance policy of the aforementioned amount by the Assistance Manager Axis Bank If aforementioned amount will not be provided according to document provided, then this insurance was not purchased by Keshaw Pratap Singh. How Keshaw Pratap Singh is policy holder if on maturity this insurance can not be instrumental to benefit 13 Lakh and 9 thousand. Here company and its staffs are only procrastinating and making unsuccessful effort to cheat entire paid premium by taking concerned public functionaries in good faith. They are not in touch of aggrieved Keshaw Pratap Singh and not initiated process of refund by pursuing R.B.I. Guidelines. We are feeling quite insecurity in this age of economic offenders having the blessings of corrupt public functionaries committing fraud and cheating in the broad daylight with innocent and gullible citizenry.

    What is the cause of undue procrastination by the concerned insurance company?

  4. Where is the outcome of the grievance submitted by the agreement applicant ? Here this question arises that whether the paid premium was refunded by concerned Max Life Insurance Company ? Whether it is good governance in which on the submitted grievances concerned public functionaries procrastinate quite obvious from the post?

  5. Provide the time taken by the concerned staffs to redress the grievance under citizen charter. There is no information made available by the central public information officer but the information is available to public authority. Since the citizen charter is binding on the entire departments of the government of India so it is given in the citizen charter that redressal of grievance must be carried out within fixed stipulated time.
