1-An outfit is digging earth for the construction of house making efforts to grab the road quite obvious from the attached photographs.
2-Applicant has a video of the construction going on.
3-Applicant had conversation with the Dehat Kotwali police in reference of matter who assured to take action in the matter.
4-Location of the road is between Chandrakala girls’ school and Lions school from the junction of three ways at the Rewa Road. This road ends in the populated area via religious places.
5-Since work is at the stage of resumption so can be managed easily.

Honesty is the best quality of a public staff but in this country of pseudo honest people, most corrupt people are worshipped as the embodiment of the honesty. Think about the gravity of situation that there is substantial evidence of grabbing of the public road and numerous representations concerned aggrieved are submitting but all in vain.

Undoubtedly atrocity on the common man is continued in the state of Uttar Pradesh because of the failure of the government machinery, specially Judiciary is failed to provide justice to the weaker and downtrodden section because of rampant corruption in the judiciary where there is no accountability of the judges. Police in the state of Uttar Pradesh has been uncontrolled because of incompetency of the senior rank administrative staff.
Whether it is the reflection of good governance where a public road is attached by the land grabbers? Several representations are submitted before the concerned authorities in the state but these representations are reaping no fruit in this anarchy spreading like jungle fire in the state.
