विषय–-In the name Cowsheds, government of Uttar Pradesh
is spending huge fund but where is going this fund is itself a mystery. Mother
cow and its family are wandering on streets suffering from various diseases as
well as in hunger state is reflecting the miseries of mother cow in the regime
new incumbent. पशु पीड़ा दरिद्रता which means if
the domestic animals are in pain, then household can never live with peace and
tranquillity. Which implies the destruction of king and kingdom is certain and
there will rain curses of gods. As far as clean and sanitation drive of the
Prime Minister Sir is concerned, ipso facto obvious that domestic dogs are
discharging the excretions before the gate of citizens and employees of the
municipality never clean the roads and drainage is jammed and dirty water is
flowing on the roads and entering in the houses. No action is taken even on the
complaints. Whether it is good governance or anarchy. Citizens are crying

दिनांक08-11-2019 को फीडबैक:-श्री मान जी पिछले छह महीने से नाली की सफाई नहीं कराई गई है और महत्वपूर्ण यह है की मोबाइल पर बात करके भी वस्तु स्थिति जानने के बाद भी सफाई नहीं कराया गया और जन सुनवाई पोर्टल पर आख्या लगा दी गयी की सफाई करा दी गई क्या यह आराजकता प्रदर्शित नहीं करता है क्या जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी मुख्य मंत्री कार्यालय को मजाक नहीं समझते है | मुख्य मंत्री कार्यालय का सम्मान तो खुद उनके अधीनस्थ नहीं करते है तो पब्लिक से सम्मान की आसा कैसे की जा सकती है | नगर पालिका अधिशासी अधिकारी के विरुद्ध दंडात्मक कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए क्योकि उनका रिपोर्ट झूठा ही नहीं जान बूझ कर झूठा रिपोर्ट पूरे होसो हवास में लगाया गया है | श्री मान जी पूरे ब्यवस्था का मजाक बना कर रख दिया गया है | मेरा घर किसी पोखरी के पास नहीं है और कोई यहां सफाई करने नहीं आया है | In this country, truth never comes to public so next thinks that

We need torchbearers not cheaters. मीडिया के समक्ष नेता जी खड़े हो गए पूरा देश स्वच्छ हो गया जब की नालिया ६ महींने में भी साफ नहीं होती है पांच छह महीने बाद जब शिकायत होती है तो सफाई का कर्मचारी कहता है सभासद ने उस एरिया में सफाई से मना कर दिया इसलिए कर्मचारी नहीं मिल पा रहे है | जगह जगह नालिया जाम है गन्दा पानी सड़क पर बह रहा है और सभासद के निर्णय का इन्तजार करेगी जनता | खुद प्रार्थी के घर के समक्ष नाली जाम है क्यों की छह महीने से नाली की सफाई भी नहीं हुई है | श्री मान जी क्या सरकार अब लोगो को बिठा कर तनख्वाह देगी | अभी यह मांगा जाय की की सरकार से कितना फण्ड आया है और वह कहा खर्च हुआ तो सभी चुप हो जायगे तब कहेगे गुरु जी हमसे आपसे क्या दुश्मनी है |

Matter
is concerned with the false report submitted by the executuve officer
municipality Mirzapur. Herewith detail representation is attached. Undoubtedly
Executive officer municipality Mirzapur made the mockery of law by submitting
the false report on the Agust portal Jansunwai but it sems that our state
government is without teeth and nail.
In
this country, truth never comes to public so next thinks that he is only
sufferer but the reality differs as most are sufferer. We are coward because we
avoid truth as frightened with it but circumstances compel us to come out of
fear psychosis. We need torchbearers not cheaters.

मीडिया के समक्ष नेता जी खड़े हो गए पूरा देश स्वच्छ हो गया जब की नालिया ६  महींने में भी साफ नहीं होती है पांच छह महीने बाद जब शिकायत होती है तो सफाई का कर्मचारी कहता है सभासद ने उस एरिया में सफाई से मना कर दिया इसलिए  कर्मचारी नहीं मिल पा रहे है | जगह जगह नालिया जाम है गन्दा पानी सड़क पर बह रहा है और सभासद  के निर्णय का इन्तजार करेगी जनता | खुद प्रार्थी के घर के समक्ष नाली जाम है क्यों की छह महीने से नाली की सफाई भी नहीं हुई है | श्री मान जी क्या सरकार अब लोगो को बिठा कर तनख्वाह देगी | अभी यह मांगा जाय की की सरकार से कितना फण्ड आया है और वह कहा खर्च हुआ तो सभी चुप हो जायगे तब कहेगे गुरु जी हमसे आपसे क्या दुश्मनी है |
Subject-Since six months drainage before my house and adjoining areas has never been cleaned which is quite obvious from the herbs in the drainage which is proved from the attached images with the representation. It seems that the cleanly drive of the government is merely a showpiece to its agenda.

 

With due respect, your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.

 

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not the show of stupidity that drainage before the next houses were cleaned just a few days ago but before my dwelling place it was left and moreover water is still logged as if drainage before my dwelling place will not be cleaned, how the drainage water will pass through as the path is still blocked? 

 

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance at the attached images with this representation explicitly showing that for several months, no cleanly drive was made to drainage that drainage was not cleaned as obvious from the grown herbs in the drainage. 

 

3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that sometimes I think that if someone, before the media leaves an entire day job, takes a broom in the hand in order to get media coverage why not such people behind the screen also support the cleanly drive in order to achieve the pious goal. 

 

         

 

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

Such negligenc is quite ramppant in government machinery which must be curbed.

Whether it is not mockery of the law of land that without redressing the grievance, false report submitted on the august portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh? This situation in the state of Uttar Pradesh is tantamount to anarchy.
