Grievance Description –Matter is concerned with
the providing passbook of a girl student belong to weaker and downtrodden
section by the branch concerned of state bank of India as staffs of the bank
arbitrarily kept the passbook under its possession illegally which promotes corruption.

Why the branch manager local SBI did not provide the passbook to the aggrieved student and other girls student as well? Need thorough enquiry.

Matter of fact is concerned with the Anjali Kumari D/O Harishchandra belonging to the scheduled caste whose state bank of India account was opened through the college in the Bank to provide scholarship to the student and college detail is as follows-

Detail of the aggrieved girl student is as follows-Anjali Kumari D/O Harishchandra, Village-Adampur, Post-Nibi Gaharwar, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231303. was Pursuing study in bachelor of arts in the aforementioned college.

Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.



1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that 
51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;

(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement

.

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that  Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of the following communication and Rupay card sent on the address of the aggrieved girl student.

3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that aforementioned aggrieved girl student belonging to oppressed class made repeated request to the staffs of Bank concerned as well as bank manager but they replied as come with the teacher such and such of the aforementioned private college, then passbook will be provided. Here this question arises that what is the roll of the teacher of the college in regard to the passbook opened in order to get scholarship provided by the government? Who is the master of the passbook whether the aforementioned college or concerned branch of the state bank of India or aforementioned girl student?

4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not obligatory duty of the premium banking institution of this country to provide the consistent replies of the aforemention question raised under point 3 ?  Both the governments whether installed at the centre or installed at the state must meditate on it that scholarship provided to the students is really reaching tothem or not?

5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that now it is obligatory duty of the public authority state bank of India to provide the passbook of the aforementioned girl student when this reprentation is being submitted to accountable public functionaries of this country under article 51 A of the constitution of India. If not providing, it means something is wrong and both bank and college by colluding with each other are depriving the girls student of their scholarships arbitrarily by taking concerned officers in good faith.
                                               

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how
can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote
anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of
law of land? This is the need of the hour to take harsh steps against the
wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the
democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your
applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

You managed to get the grievance disposed of on the ground that applicant was properly responded by the branch and reply is attached as a report to the grievance. According to sent e-mail of the branch concerned, Dear sir This is with reference to your complaint for passbook not provided to customer .Ms Anjani Kumari Pl acknowledge the attachment for the same Regards Branch Manager SBI SIRSA which was sent by the branch on 18-Jun-2019. Because of some technical lacuna, he could not provide the passbook to the aggrieved student but assured to provide within two days. Point to be noted that now two days passed since the date of sent of e-mail of the branch manager but branch manager could not keep its promise.

Undoubtedly there is rampant corruption in our government machinery and such accounts are opened in order to bungle the scholarship fund then siphoning it to the packets of corrupt public functionaries. Here this question arises that whether the passbook was provided to the aggrieved girl student belonging to the weaker and downtrodden section. Where is the Social Justice in this largest democracy in the world. Think about the cryptic and mysterious behaviour of the branch manager Sirsa Allahabad of the State Bank of India who had assured to provide the passbook within 2 days.
