It seems that Police of the Government of Uttar Pradesh has broken entire records of the anarchy since it has no value for the good governance and always promotes the lawlessness and Anarchy in the likewise manner its Public Information Officer also have no regard for the law of land and he violated subsection 1 of section 7 of right to Information act 2005 according to which information seeker is provided information within 30 days from the date of receipt of the RTI communication cum application but he did not do so which is the mockery of The Right to Information act 2005. It seems that state police have no faith in the constitutional machinery and democratic setup as quiet reflects in its Tyranny and arbitrariness.

According to High court of Judicature at Allahabad, matter is civil but Lucknow police of Uttar Pradesh matter was criminal and finally it sent the Dinesh Pratap Singh behind the bar, also lodged F.I.R. on wife and daughter under serious sections of Indian Penal Code. Police terrorised the entire family so badly that they left the house which was purchased by Dinesh Pratap Singh by spending entire life income to the cheater Babu Singh so called husband of Anuradha Singh a multi-named lady.

What is the loss to Home secretary office, if it provides the following two point information which is concerned with the judgement passed by High court of judicature at Allahabad and in this case Home secretary Government of Uttar Pradesh was respondent number 1.
PIO may provide following information point-wise as sought.

1-Provide feedback if in the context of attached reference how Lucknow police have the power of a competent court to provide a civil remedy.

2-If High court decided for civil remedy subsequently the police can provide a criminal remedy in the reference matter by misleading the court. Provide feedback if any in support of police.

Undoubtedly law order machinery in the state of Uttar Pradesh is failed. If the order passed by the high court of judicature at Allahabad and Lucknow police took this order under teeth and thereafter Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad did not take any action in the matter undoubtedly is the mockery of the law of land and showing that Lucknow police is superior in comparison to the high court of judicature at Allahabad because it’s superseded the judgement passed by the high court of judicature but Highcourt of judicature remained impotent before it.

it is obligation of the police of the state to maintain the law and order in the state as the law order is the state subject. Department of law and justice manages the works concerned with the judiciary and also supervises the function of judiciary in the state. Both the departments of government of Uttar Pradesh broke the law of land by violating the provisions of Right to Information act 2005 in this matter. Police in the state capital took under teeth the direction passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad is itself a mockery of the law of land.
