There are many new doctors just getting their degrees adopted this profession are spending their lives in miseries but few are amassing huge wealth.
What is the fee of Doctors in the Nursing homes and private clinics is not decided in the Mirzapur district. Any amount they can charge which may range from  Rs.1000.00  to Rs.2000.00 . This illegal practice is running in caucus with chief medical officer and his staffs.

With due respect your applicant/petitioner wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if a nursing home or clinic is opened in the district ,then proprietor seeks license from the office of chief medical officer. Which means it is obligatory duty of chief medical officer to check quality of services being provided by these clinics and nursing homes.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not cryptic dealing that  rate list of service charges in regard to services provided to patients is not made available publically. Staffs of the clinic /nursing homes arbitrarily charge the poor patients and consequently proprietors amassing huge wealth by taking concerned public servants in good faith. Office of chief medical officer collects its share even from tiny medical store but never thinks amenities of patients .
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Here for example your applicant wants to bring light on Nursing home run by Lady Doctor Meena Vishwakarma in vicinity of office of chief Medical officer quite popular for delivery cases. She is amassing huge wealth by charging huge fee from the patients arbitrarily but it seems that Chief medical officer never visited the Nursing home in order to check facilities provided and what is being charged from the patients. Whether bureaucrats can be given free hand to perform their duties under own set up norms and keeping the rules made by legislature at the bay.

This is humble request of your appellant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your appellant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                                      ‘Yours  sincerely
