Grievance redressal is one of excellent characteristics of good governance
but CGRF Mirzapur is dead since more than five years and corrupt staffs of
Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited is looting the poor consumers and

of dysfunctional of consumer grievance redressal forum in Mirzapur /

What is the need to enhance the Tariff of electricity if without any increment ,department is charging eight times of the actual electricity bills.It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that every one knows that fifty percent connections are illegally provided by the department of electricity of government of Uttar Pradesh and this backdoor income is disbursed from top to bottom in the government. In order to conceal this wrongdoings ,Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited provides eight times bills in comparison to actual bills and grievances are not redressed even after 200 applications.
