Sir, How much procrastination will be made by them to set their ulterior design? Honesty is not to glorify on the public platform but it must reflect in the working style.

Matter is concerned with the Central Board of Secondary Education 35 B, Civil Station, M.G. Marg Civil Lines, Allahabad and this public authority is procrastinating in rectifying the error in mark sheet of the student Vishal Maurya Name of the father in the admit card and mark sheet available on the website of Board of Secondary Education is Surendar Kumar Maurya while the actual name of my father is Surendra Kumar Maurya quite obvious from the fourth page of the attached PDF document to the representation which includes Aadhar Card of the applicant and the identity card provided by the SN Public High School Lohandi Musafferganj Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh PIN Code 231001.

Undoubtedly earlier representation of the aggrieved applicant Vishal Maurya was not taken by the institution concerned but now they have taken and forwarded it to the concerned mandate quite obvious from the first page of the attached PDF document to this representation.

They are corrupt so they are procrastinating on the matter as aggrieved submitted the representation before the principal of concerned institution on 24-Aug-2020 which copy is annexed to the grievance as proof. Since concerned college forwarded the representation through e-mail so it will reach immediately to the concerned public authority. Now they are telling a lie.

DOSEL/E/2020/04422 You did not redress the grievance properly on the basis of merit of the grievance. You had to forward the matter to concerned school so that they may accept the submissions of the students as they are cooperating the students and advising the student to visit the regional office Varanasi but it seems that it is part of cryptic and corrupt dealings. You may tell what action you have taken on my grievance concerned with the mismanagement and corruption of your office staffs.

Since concerned college forwarded the representation through e-mail so it will reach immediately to the concerned public authority. Now they are telling a lie before the accountable public functionaries of India that application to correct the name of father was not made available to them through the institution. The real cause of procrastination in correcting the name of father is the rampant corruption in the office of the concerned regional The request for correction in F/N of the candidate has not been received by the concerned department till date. Hence, the candidate concerned is required to approach the school concerned for initiation of case along with relevant school records as per norms of the Board for required correction. The grievance is thus disposed off.

They may accept the submissions of the students as they are not cooperating the students and suggesting them to visit the regional office Allahabad / Prayagraj to get help regarding the correction. Undoubtedly this is scandal as first error is made then bargaining is done by the concerned corrupt functionaries. If there is no fault on the part of student, then why is he tortured mentally and physically. It seems that concerned did not take the perusal of the contents of the submitted grievance which is quite obvious from their inconsistent and arbitrary parrot reply. Think about gravity of the situation that instead of taking action in the matter as the grievance was submitted at the appropriate time they are making various excuses to promote their corrupted nefarious designs which are against the provisions of the Constitution of this country. They must think that when the school administration is not Cooperative to the student how will their support the student they are saying that you may go to the regional office of the CBSE board which means they are not supporting the student in this case. Undoubtedly whatever remark has been made to close the grievance that is not relevant to the submitted documents and submissions of the grievance so such cryptic practices must be stopped which may promote corruption in the government machinery and here concerned is only promoting the corruption.

Here it is my simple question to the concerned public authority that whether they have rectified the name of the father of the student Vishal Maurya S/O Surendra Kumar Maurya? Now a days corruption is rampant in the public offices and such errors are made in the certificate by the regional offices and thereafter they start bargaining with the students. Which is quite obvious from the procrastination of the concerned staff of the public authority.

It is quite obvious that this question must be asked from them that what is the cause of delay in the rectification of name of the father of the aggrieved student Vishal Maurya but most important question is that when entire documents were submitted by the public spirited person by explaining the circumstantial things which were going on by colluding with the Institution and the concerned regional office of the Central Board of Secondary Education even thereafter they did not rectified the name of the father is reflecting rampant corruption in the office of the Central Board of Secondary Education so action must be taken against the wrongdoer staff by ordering an enquiry in the matter by appropriate team.

Why are they not changing the name of the father of the student Vishal Maurya? What is cause of this procrastination by them? Our motive is good governance but aforementioned public authority is breaking entire records of corruption by targeting vulnerable studnts.

Undoubtedly whatever remark has been made to close the grievance that is not relevant to the submitted documents and submissions of the grievance so such cryptic practices must be stopped which may promote corruption in the government machinery and here concerned is only promoting corruption.
Here applicant made representation and bypassed the school because concerned school was not accepting the representation of the student but when representation was taken by the institute then representation was submitted through school.
