I think that no information has been made available to the information seeker they have provided only suggestion which is not admissible under right to information act 2005 but because of rampant corruption and anarchy in the government machinery such things are acceptable.

It seems that Modi government has forgot Right to Information Act 2005 as not a single information is being provided by central public information officer and state public information officers under this act. The fault of this act is that it creates obstacle in the path of growing corruption in the government machinery.

They must meditate on it that whether they have provided any information whatever sought by the information seeker from them? If the section 20 of The Right to Information act 2005 will not be used by the constitutional functionaries then such friend will develop at large scale. Undoubtedly Modi government has diluted the provisions of Right to Information act 2005 which is quite obvious from the negative approach of the public functionaries in providing the information to the information seekers.
