Subject-Incredibility regarding the report of chief area manager of Indian Oil Corporation acted in caucus with Vindheshwari Gas Service.
Matter is concerned with the grievance submitted before the 
Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on public grievance portal of government of India and forwarded to Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas registered as MPANG/E/2017/02347. Report of staffs of Oil Corporation and Aadhaar card is attached with this representation.
With great respect to revered Sir, your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant sought the subsidy of five gas cylinders withheld by the Vindheshwari Gas Service  – IBP Distributor Address:Vill – Rajapur, Post – Bharatganj, Block – Manda, Dist – Allahabad on flimsy and fabricated grounds that your applicant not made available Aadhaar card so it could not be linked with gas connection.  
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that to withhold subsidy and to deprive of subsidy both are different things. Hon’ble Sir subsidy was provided to your applicant not because he was Aadhaar card holder but he is entitled to the subsidy. To provide subsidy is not the prerogative of Vindheshwari Gas Service and concerned staffs of Indian Oil Corporation so it is the obligation of Indian Oil Corporation and Vindheshwari Gas Service to deprive any beneficiary of his rights, he must be given proper opportunities to be heard by pursuing democratic setup norms.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that according to the aforementioned gas agency, aadhaar card was not made available by your applicant so your applicant was not provided with the subsidy. Here this question arises that when the Aadhaar card is available to your applicant since more than two and half years and his bank account is linked with Aadhaar number, then why will he procrastinate in linking the Aadhaar card with the gas connection? Think about who are beneficiaries and who are losers if my Aadhaar card not linked with the gas connection? Sir actual fact is that your applicant had already provided the all required documents to the concerned Gas agency and your applicant was provided subsidy before the mentioned date in report but not linked with connection and during this period black rate gas cylinders were provided and when complaint was made on telephone and written, then they linked the connection with Aadhaar. Actually, this is a part black marketing of gas cylinders and poor consumers belonging to the rural area are being looted by such agencies by taking staffs of Indian Oil Corporation in good faith.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

क्या सरकार इतनी अच्छी तनख्वाह सिर्फ इसलिए देती है की ऑफिस में बैठे बैठे एक नोट लिख कर ब्यथा का निवारण कर दिया | श्री मान जी भारत सरकार के परिपत्र जो की पेट्रोलियम और नेचुरल गैस मंत्रालय द्वारा दिनांक ३०-सितम्बर-२०१६ को अपने डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी के.एम्. महेश के द्वारा जारी किया गया के प्रावधान २.१ में ब्यवस्था दी गयी है की गैस सब्सिडी के लाभार्थिओं को सुबिधापूर्ण और रुकावट मुक्त एल. पी. जी. सब्सिडी मुहैया कराने के लिए गैस कम्पनियां अपने अधिनस्थो के माध्यम से सभी आवश्यक ब्य्वस्था करेगी जिसमे शामिल है मीडिया द्वारा व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार और व्यक्तिगत नोटिस डीलरो के माध्यम से आवेदकों / लाभार्थियों को जानकारी उपलब्ध कराना की यदि आधार नही उपलब्ध होगा तो सब्सिडी रुक जायेगी | और उन्हें यह भी बताया जाय की यदि उन्हें ३०-सितम्बर -२०१६ तक एनरोलमेंट नंबर हासिल कर लेना चाहिए अन्यथा उनका सब्सिडी बाधित हो सकती है | किन्तु इन सब से अलग विन्धेश्वरी गैस सर्विस के स्टाफ और गैस कंपनी के स्टाफ इस षडयंत्र में ब्यस्त रहे की किस प्रकार पब्लिक में आक्रोश पैदा किया जाय की सरकार अपने रिफार्म से पीछे हट जाय और लूट खसोट वाली पुरानी व्यवस्था लागू कराया जाय जिससे उनकी जेबे भरती रहे | क्या अरुण प्रताप सिंह को व्यक्तिगत नोटिस सर्व की गयी है यदि नही तो क्यों ? क्या अभी तक सम्बंधित स्टाफ ने यह जानने का प्रयास किया की अरुण प्रताप सिंह के कथन में कितनी सच्चाई है की उन्होंने समस्त दस्तावेज जमा किया था यदि जमा किया था तो विन्धेश्वरी गैस एजेंसी के खामियों का हर्जाना वह क्यों भुक्ते | यदि इतनी निष्ठा और स्वामिभक्ति सरकार के प्रति रहती तो आज भारत विकाश के चरमोत्कर्ष पर होता |
