Whether in this cryptic way grievances are resolved by the state bank of India.

Whether this not cryptic reply when the branch manager repeatedly requested to correct the lacunae in providing the services ,then S.B.I. was saying that expert is on training and when he will return ,then defect will be rectified. In the mean time ,they resolved the matter falsely.
