With due respect your applicant/petitioner wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether fault on the part of state bank of India can be overlooked ,that it couldn’t secure the transactions of made by its consumer.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when the payment succeeded ,then more payments could not be done ,it means state bank of India didn’t take precautionary measures during the earlier payments.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that here this question is important that which bank is payee and which bank is acceptor? If both collection and payment was made by state bank of India ,then state bank of India committed serious offence which couldn’t be overlooked.

4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that since the additional deducted amount from the account of your applicant was still not refunded so it is proving nefarious designs concerned public functionaries as more than two dozen letters /representations submitted by your applicant.

5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that don’t forget state bank of India charges Rs.57 as commission for the collection of Rs.50 and regulatory authority reserve bank of India is mute spectator of anti-public /citizenry approach of state bank of India and most surprising that reserve bank of India is shielding such ulterior designs by withholding information is lowering the credibility of banking institutions in India. Now a days bank staffs are earning back door income by colluding with administrative staffs of the government of India. Hon’ble Prime Minister of India is not taking seriously such malpractices so morale of wrongdoers is quite high. In the name of taking action ,central bureau of Investigation only sends messages on the mobile numbers of private individuals .
This is humble request of your appellant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your appellant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  1. It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that since the additional deducted amount from the account of your applicant was still not refunded so it is proving nefarious designs concerned public functionaries as more than two dozen letters /representations submitted by your applicant.

  2. Prime minister Narendra Modi during his election campaign made bundles of promises and good grievance was one of them. Now this question arises that whether good grievance means public institutions may loot the citizenry as being done by the new incumbent.
