With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of attached documents containing filled online forms of aforesaid student not accepted by the dilapidated and outdated website of Navy.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant was not interested to send this grievance in the service of PMO but such recruiters are too much clavers who did not want to entertain the grievances of aggrieved so don’t provide facility to accept written complaint as there is accountability in entertaining written complaints.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it seems that since unemployment in the country is on its peak so in order to avoid heavy rush they play such game not to accept the online form arbitrarily. Since written complaint is not entertained and given phone numbers are only show pieces so more that fifty percents youths are arbitrarily deprived from the competition. Such acts are violations of article 14 and 16 of constitution of India.

This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                           ‘Yours  sincerely

  1. It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that it seems that since unemployment in the country is on its peak so in order to avoid heavy rush they play such game not to accept the online form arbitrarily. Since written complaint is not entertained and given phone numbers are only show pieces so more that fifty percents youths are arbitrarily deprived from the competition. 2. There is no improvement in the system as most of the public funds are being spent in the payment of salary. Rest of the funds is flowing into the pockets of corrupt public functionaries and poor and downtrodden section is only crying in this anarchy.
