Dear Sir,
 
With reference to the above mentioned complaint, our advices are as under, all online service provider sites there occur sometimes technical issue, due to poor connectivity at any either end or otherwise at any point of time, which resumes subsequently.
DD can be issued against specific request through requisition slip accompanied by debit authority say cheque or debit slip at branch itself or through online INB portal only.

As we have already advised that, you have never tried to contact branch for issue of DD, because it was presumed by you that DD will automatically be deliver at Register, High court, Allahabad. Contents of aforesaid communication herein as follows- With reference to your complaint, we have to advise that due some technical problem draft cannot be issued on said date. However, matter has been taken up with the technical team and issue was resolved. If issue is really resolved ,then what is the cause of persistence error message still ? There are two ways -1-Technical team may resolve the issue so that error message may not display and processing of D.D. could be carried out smoothly. 2-Branch may process the D.D. BY deducting the amount as required from the account of your applicant. This representation may be considered as an application for D.D. AS ALREADY requested online unfortunately couldn’t be processed due to error message ipso facto obvious from attachment. Please don’t close the aforementioned subject unless branch may not provide the required D.D. AFTER due processing.

  2. There are two ways -1-Technical team may resolve the issue so that error message may not display and processing of D.D. could be carried out smoothly. 2-Branch may process the D.D. BY deducting the amount as required from the account of your applicant.It seems that state bank of India don't like any way.
