Complaint/QueryDetails Information displaying on the screen as A printers ink pad is at the end of its service life ,please contact EPSON support. A printer of approximately Rs.10000 .00 could”t print the 10000 copies whether it is justified. Five times it got defaulted. Whether a product is sold on the basis warranty but actually one year warranty means product”s stability is more than one year. Hon”ble Sir black ink is out flowing from the printer and concerned staff of company overlooking my grievance in the name of warranty is expired. Hon”ble Sir whether the two months can”t be included in the warranty during which printer didn”t act because of staff of company as your applicant had already submitted the application which was as follows and listed in your complaints . Please direct the staff of company either redress my grievance or take back their printer. What is the stability of product which delivers function on the basis of warranty. How much surprising that after 8000 printing system automatically stops to function and consumer has to contact the staff company who do bargaining after that. Matter is concerned with Mahesh Pratap Singh (Yogi M. P. Singh ) Mohalla-Surekapuram , Jabalpur Road , Mirzapur city District-Mirzapur (U.P.) Your applicant purchased a printer from shop digital world Dundhi Katra Mirzapur which cost Rs.9800.00 was paid to shopkeeper ipsofacto obvious from the annexure. Once printer colour head was short circuited , then company staff took two months to repair. They usually used to tell me that they have sent the order to Bangalore and in one order we seek numerous repairing parts so this usually comes in one month.   1. Once printer colour head was short circuited , then company staff took two months to repair. They usually used to tell me that they have sent the order to Bangalore and in one order we seek numerous repairing parts so this usually comes in one month. Consequently they had taken two months to repair my printer.
    Now again it is not taking ink but after noting the complaint company staff is not attending the phone which is being made by your applicant from phone number 7379105911 on Mobile numbers- 18004250011 , 9628372010 and 9628372009 . Whether it is justified.

  2. The fault in the warranty is that they have a software which stops the function of printer after fixed number which causes troublesome to the consumers. Consumers are pressurized to make contact service centres which is sheer illegal and against the spirit of protection of consumer's rights.
