With due respect, your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when the following grievance was registered as Diary Number 2171/2017, then it seemed that there is accountability in the apex court of India but my inner conscious as usual remained suspicious that if there are sheer anarchy, tyranny  and lawlessness in the subordinate lower courts, how can be staffs of uppermost court may too vigilant to its duty. Now it is proved that received complaints are only diarised but the action is never taken.

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that in the following complaint, staffs of Government of Uttar Pradesh exceeded every limit by making the mockery of law of land. Not only shielded the wrongdoers by not implementing the recovery order as the recommendation made by Enquiry Officer Deputy commissioner MGNREGA appointed under Panchayat Raj Act along with project director Mirzapur but also delegated the power of enquiry officer to wrongdoers to carry out enquiry in the allegations made against them and in which they were found proved guilty and recovery order was made.  It is most surprising that we expect maintenance of law order from those who violate the constitutional provisions likewise a rapist outrage the modesty of an adolescent girl.

Whether an enquiry officer can delegate its power to carry out the enquiry, to wrongdoers who are proved guilty in the report of the enquiry officer?
Undoubtedly not but every thing is feasible in this anarchy where most shameless thing is that bribes are taken to amass huge wealth not because of scarcity.
