  Widow of Defence personnel was called on three times on the Talai Bajar Branch of Bank of Baroda and revered lady travelled three times from Feb to June from Sultanpur to Tilai Bajar District-Allahabad to verify documents but it is unfortunate that requisite documents still not reached to the central pension processing centre. Whether it is not corruption?

Undoubtedly our media is playing the same role as Charan and Bhat were playing during the medieval history period. These Charan and Bhat used to glorify its kings falsely which resulted in entire territory gone into the possession of foreign invaders and innocent people faced atrocity of foreign invaders. Here in this country, there is complete lawlessness, anarchy, arbitrariness and mismanagement which is being glorified by the cunning media.

Already taken too much time and more procrastination only showing deep-rooted corruption, lawlessness and anarchy in the government machinery. The attached letter did not reach the aggrieved lady which implies cryptic dealings must not be promoted in the government machinery. Pension still not provided to the aggrieved lady is the reflection of deep-rooted corruption. Undoubtedly, the matter is concerned with deep-rooted corruption because instead of ensuring the commencement of family pension of the aggrieved lady Uma Singh wife of Shiv Bahadur Singh, concerned staffs of the government of India merely procrastinating and adopting a lackadaisical approach in the matter. How can it be justified that even after eight months they remained failed in providing family pension to the aggrieved widow? The right reason is the indispensable part of the not only sound judicial system but it must be given enough space in promoting the administrative efficiency to achieve the target of the good governance. Most surprising is that still no one will be made accountable for this travesty of social justice done with the vulnerable revered lady.

5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that more than a dozen representations were submitted by the aggrieved revered lady or on behalf of her but still central pension processing centre awaiting the consistent documents from the branch concerned in this digital era. How much backward or corrupt our public system is? That, in the eight months, nothing was done to provide family pension to the widow of defence personnel. How the saffron brigade can claim to be topmost well-wishers of the army of this country. Everyone is the mute spectators of the cryptic activities of the government.

खुदा भी आसमाँ से जब जमी पे देखता होगा |

             इस मेरे प्यारे देश को क्या हुआ सोचता होगा||

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

Date-18/06/2020           Yours sincerely

                              Yogi M. P. Singh, Mobile number-7379105911, Mohalla- Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin code-231001.

Whether following information would be made available by the bank concerned which staffs make the mockery of the law of land and showing arbitrariness in the dealings by not taking action.

What is the cause of this lawlessness and anarchy must be responded by the accountable public functionaries? Our motive is good governance but corruption is the stumbling block in the path of good governance.

My single question before the Modi government is that why did this government not provide the family pension to the aggrieved lady when it is pending for 8 months whether it is justified? If not justified why government is still not sensitive to the grievances of aggrieved old lady? Here this question arises that where is the affection of Modi government with the soldiers as claimed by the saffron colour party volunteers at the number of times.

Here two things are most essential, first they must provide the pension to the aggrieved lady as soon as possible second thing they must fix the accountability of the concerned branch officer of the Bank of Baroda who not only procrastinated on the matter but his cryptic approaches only showing that there is rampant corruption in the Bank of Baroda and he played the stumbling block and such role can never be praiseworthy if government really wants to curb the corruption from the government offices but it seems that government itself adopting cryptic approaches which are only promoting bargaining in the government machinery.

Its really shame on the our govt management, where they have not able to make clear cut process to serve such case its not only the case of Ex-Army widow, there are many such cases across India where people like Mr. MP Singh is not available to serve for all such people.

Considering this case I would request Govt to look into the process and establish correct/proper mechanism to eliminate all the flaws.

Once again thanks to Mr. MP Singh for his help through this channel.
