||When the CRPF web site charged four times fee from Alok Bhardwaj and two times fee from Mohammed Akaram ,then why concerned refunded only Rs. 300.00 and when Rs.148.00 will be refunded by them.With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Rs.48.00 commission was charged by state bank of India on failed transactions which is sheer illegal and unjustified can’t be pardoned under the law of land. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if the accountable staffs of state bank of India has fragment of honesty ,then they must return the commission charged by them on failed transactions. Commission is paid on payment not for failed transactions.There are four failed transactions ,one still awaits to be refunded back by CRPF. But you have not refunded the charged commission on these failed transactions. Next thing don’t explain credit and debit as your applicant better understands these definitions. That Rs.56 commission on Rs.50 is the part of rampant corruption prevailed in all branches of state bank of India which was not replied by reserve bank of India consequently second appeal under subsection 3 of section 19 of Right to Information act 2005 has been filed against CPIO reserve bank of India before CIC.
