Whether on Amazon online shopping defective items are sold at the same price as new and non-defective items. If not how can staffs concerned may be silent on the issue of refunding the rest of amount as they remained failed in the replacement of the item? The applicant had paid them for a new non-defective item instead of defective one. Procrastination on the part of them is the reflection of cheating through cryptic dealings. I am not expert in packaging and sending the items through couriers so it is not feasible for me. Please direct concerned to refund my rest of charges as paid value is for new one non-defective product and they have provided me a defective one.

Subject -Whether a firm or company establishment performs business on own terms and conditions or follows the setup standard norms as prescribed by the appropriate authority of this country. Whether there is no regulatory body in this country which may curb the irregularities and arbitrariness of such company establishment performs business by making the mockery of the consumer rights of the citizenry?
Whether it is justified that Amazon online shopping delivered at home a defective tablet which LCD has triangular shaped scratching which is causing master keys on the left side non-functional now on the request of return of the item making flimsy pretences like no courier partners are ready and expressing inability to perform the job of return of the item? Replacement of item or its parts is against the policy of the Amazon online shopping as categorically expressed by its staffs ipso facto obvious from the fact that Amazon online shopping staffs replied. Whether such unethical practice can be ever approved by the public friendly government and most surprising is that consumer or customer can’t see the packed article unless he accepts the receiving by signing on the receipts?
Whether to allow the selling of defective items in the name of online shopping and home delivery of items is not a mockery of consumer rights of countrymen and cheating with them?

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that applicant had the conversation with customer care executive at 11:03 PM on 11-01-2018 which lasted 09 minutes 55 seconds on his registered mobile number- 7379105911. 
Matter arose because of defective
home delivery of the purchased item from Amazon online shopping done by the applicant ipso facto obvious from following communication exchanged by the Amazon online shopping.

at least delivery of product must be ensured safe and sound instead of delivery of article whatever may be. Most surprising is that here customer is compelled to take the article provided by the staffs of the courier in the packet. Think about it that if the applicant were apprised of the fact that LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)is damaged, whether your applicant ever accepts the defective article? Courier staff first ensure delivery and don’t want to see the product inside the packet.

Respected staffs of Amazon online shopping, 
                                                                 Undoubtedly ipso facto obvious from the perusal of contents of your reply you agreed to refund if defective item be managed to return back. Respected staffs there are two ways to deny the prayer of aggrieved 1-Direct denial 2-Indirect rejection of aggrieved grievances.
If you take the retrospection of my online shopping on the Amazon, then it can be easily concluded that I prefer to shop online instead of purchasing products at local Market. Thereafter how can you expect on the part of me that defective item can be returned as customer/consumer lacks resources? 
Your applicant always remained cooperative which is obvious from the fact that I am seeking substitution of defective parts of the item if not feasible, then the entire item. Its simple solution is that concerned may provide the accessories required and service charges at the local repairing shop will be afforded by the applicant. If you are still not cooperative, then only God is our sole protector.
                                                                                         This is my humble request to you Hon’ble Sir to be cooperative and helpful as your honest customer. For this Applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
