Grievance Description

An application under article 51A of the constitution of India. The matter is concerned with the PAN card of Preeti Singh whose saved documents are missing from the website of Income Tax Government of India. For detail, please take a glance at the attached documents with this representation.

Somewhere is gone documents saved by Preeti Singh or individual talked on the phone was mysterious. Pancard no more remained the only ID but has been proved source black income for corrupt public staffs. It is most surprising that those appointed for better public services themselves are an obstacle in the path of reaching better services to the citizenry ipso facto obvious. This is too much regretful is that horse trading cum bargaining takes place in providing ID which is more useful to Government instead of its citizenry. There are different fees for PAN card which can be easily traced online. It is burning truth that not a single genuine application is entertained by the department of income tax of Government of India. On one side of the screen, our responsible public functionaries cry of transparency and accountability on public platforms but when they are behind the screen, their tones are incredibly changed. It seems that we are living in the era of lawlessness and anarchy. In this matter, concerned accountable public functionaries may order enquiry so that the public staff removed the saved documents on the website of Income tax of government of India be subjected to penal action under the law of land. Undoubtedly we are suffering from the crunch of honest public functionaries. Undoubtedly more proliferation of permanent account number is essential for smooth functioning of the transparent and accountable government machinery.

An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India. There are massive irregularities in the processing of Pancard issued to the citizenry by the department of income tax of government of India.
On one side of the screen, ongoing incumbent claims good governance and sensitive to problems of women and girls but on the other side of the screen, its websites did not take applications of women and girls so that they may not get the benefits of the scheme of the government initiated for the welfare of the vulnerable section. The matter is concerned with the Preeti Singh daughter of Shiv Bahadur Singh, Surekapuram Colony, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, State-Uttar Pradesh.
