Subject-At least executive officer municipality Mirzapur may be directed to disclose the date when his staffs pumped out logged water in Mohalla-Surekapuram District –Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that today few public spirited people who are residents of this colony made collective efforts to open the jammed drainage so water is not flowing into the park. If this flow of water will remain blocked for few days, then park will be restored to its original state.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is most urgent to inform that no staffs of municipality still paid attention to our grievances which proves dereliction to obligatory duties.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that in the name performing its duties, usually meeting is convened and discussions are made which is published in vernacular dailies on next day. It is most unfortunate that nothing is ground reality.
4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that since two years your applicant is making request of re-boring of Hand pump installed in the park since two years but no responsible public functionaries paid heed my submitted representations on flimsy ground.
5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether for health and hygiene, fresh and clean drinking water is not must? Now a days this hand pump is pumping out dirty water which is hazardous to our health.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.                                                          Yours sincerely
