it is submitted that earlier the trains was running between bareilley and mughalsarai but due to terminal constraints at allahabad , the train was terminated at prayag and a link train between allahabad and mughalsarai was introduced by the north central railway. the train was just cancelled between prayag and allahabad and a regular train was available between allahabad and mughalsarai connecting with mirzapur.
To run intercity express from Prayag station to Lucknow and depriving passengers boarding from Vindhyachal to Allahabad railway station from this service is sheer illegal ,arbitrary and undemocratic decision of board of railways. Now most of the parliamentary seats of this area won by B.J.P. And its allies ,then why concerned are going to be so anti-people ?
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Intercity express was running as recovery/compensation of Lucknow Mugal Sarai Passenger but same was also stopped by central government headed by Modi Sir.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
